These shoes are meant for walking, playing, skipping..

After you’ve read tips on what you need to know about children’s shoes, you know that my standards for high quality children’s shoes are high.

When I found out about Japanese Tsukihoshi shoes, I was so excited! The shoes are washable, anti-bacterial, have great soles… everything I could ask for kids’ sneakers. They have easy velco-closure, they have Green Tea infused anti-bacterial, removable insole and great support. Like I discussed before the arch of a child’s foot is not yet fully formed. Tsukihoshi’s ”Molded Cup Insole” is designed for children’s arches. It is not a high raise on the bottom of the sole, it is just a small narrow support on the inner side of the shoe.

The antibacterial soles prevent odors. No more smelly sneakers for little boys, easy to wash and wear, even the smallest kid can put them on and off easily… do I need to say more?

My kids say that the best is that “they make you want to jump” – I guess referring how light weight and comfortable they are. Tsukihoshi sneakers come even in fashionable camo print and they cost 49$, available at skimbaco.com.
