Behind Kuukivi is Sheela Rayala, who was born and raised in India, lived in Bay area and now resides and designs in Finland. Her world travels have given her jewelry influences from around the world.

The pieces are modern, yet some of them have a hint of old world charm. The style is what I’d call a Global Fusion – you see something familiar in each piece, yet each piece offers a surprise from another world. From Touch of India to Tampere Sunset, the designs bring a greeting from around the world.

Kuukivi also donates part of their proceeds to charities, such as Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
