I haven’t been able to post as much as normally this week. It has been totally insane. The kids’ schools started last week and it has been getting used to the new routines, fixing the pack-lunches on the mornings, and hurrying to pick up the girls from the school on time… Really, that crazy.
We are moving this week, and while trying to keep up with my business, I’ve been packing and shuttling from old home to new home, and to the new warehouse and back. We are saying goodbyes to our close to downtown home on Friday, and moving to the scenic mountainside house with a lake close by (and bears and deers on the backyard).
We’ll be pretty much the only people in the neighbourhood, who will not have horses in the back yard (or front, like I saw today), but we got our share of warnings of the black bears who like to visit often. Not sure that I like to idea, but I do love the nature, and we have already set up a good “bear watching” seating by the upstairs’ windows.
Anyway, busy times, but in a good way! We are very excited to experience Colorado how it’s supposed to be experienced!

You picture is hilarious!! Busy times indeed!
Me ollaan muutettu 13 kertaa (ja 3 niista kauaksi muuttoja) joten I really feel for you. Muutto on tosi stressaavaa. Kaikki ylimaarainen nyt pois elamasta. Kylla me jaksetaan odotella taalla blogilla kuulumisia.
Karhuja… onhan teilla siella sitten bear proof garbage cans etc. No, onneksi on myos kyse black bears eika grizzly bears. Me asuttiin jokin aikaa sitten Fort Chipewyan:ssa ja siella aina kuuli miten karhut tuli kylalle. Mina en itse koskaan nahnyt. Hyva juttu varsinkin kun olin yksin kavelylla kukkulalle.
Toivottavasti muutto menee hyvin ja paasette nauttimaan uudesta kodista pian. Kuulostaa kovin idylliselta.
Wow. I hear it’s just fantastic in Colorado. But bears? Can’t wait for pitures!
