This giveaway is for a 2fish kids’ magnetic children’s rearrangeable weekly calendar called MY WEEK. This product is great for kids 3 years and older. 2fish kids magnetic weekly calendar is colourful, playful and you can fully personalize it to your day and week. It will teach your child about the different days of the week, seasons, weather and more.

MY WEEK was designed by a certified teacher, industrial designer and mom – with preschoolers (ages 3-6) in mind. Colors and symbols help pre-readers differentiate the days of the week. Magnets are included to show the relationships between today, tomorrow and yesterday. It’s a great visual tool to help children grasp the abstract concept of time.

I would love to have this for my son. He is too young right now, but I hope that I can teach him how to organize elements of his life as he grows!
A great gift!!!! So cute!

I’d like to win this for my son. We are transitioning from a pretty open schedule to some stricter routines, as we begin homeschooling him. I think this would be a cool visual way for him to understand days of the week, time, and schedules.

6 LadySnow January 26, 2009 at 18:25

This would be great for all 3 of my children. My youngest is 2 and my oldest is 5. I homeschool and could use this in many lessons in and out of “class.”

My 4 year old nephew would love this. A fantastic way for him to learn the days of the week…and help Momma out when the new baby comes!

Ready with his Michigan Addy!

My 4 year old would love to win this – he loves “organizing” items (anything – crayons, cars, books) – and he got sick tonight and is throwing up, so I would like him to win for when he is feeling better!

I have been trying desperately to teach my kids to be more independent and have been looking for something like this that can give them visual clues for what they need to do. For example, a magnet with a book on it could remind them to take their books back to the school library (as opposed to it magically appearing there because I remembered).

How cool! I have never seen anything like this! I’d totally love to win this for my daughter. We’re slowly starting to do some preschool homeschool activities ans this would be awesome to have!

great for the little ones to keep on schedule or learn to schedule and do things

15 Becky January 26, 2009 at 20:37

My son has autism and schedule/regiment is very important to him. We do our best to follow a schedule, but he would definitely benefit from his own calendar.

16 Anne Taylor January 26, 2009 at 20:43

I would like to win this for my neice who is old enough to understand the days, school days, weekends etc. What a great, fun way for kidlets to learn! Katy would love this!

Thanks

Although my son is older than the ages this was intended for I KNOW that this product would be a huge help for our family. My son is on the autism spectrum and is VERY schedule and regimen driven. This magnetic system is great because he can personally place the magnets on the schedule (and rearrange them if something changes), so he can physically connect with his schedule. Thank you for providing information on this product (and for the link to the Stork Baby site.)

19 Jenny January 26, 2009 at 20:49

This would be PERFECT for my four year old daughter! My oldest daughter has a ‘real’ calendar in her room and my little one has been asking for one too. I haven’t bought her one though because she wouldn’t understand how to read it. This is exactly what she needs! I really hope I win but if I don’t I might just have to go to their site and buy one. Thanks for the great giveaway!!

20 Nicole January 26, 2009 at 21:20

This would be a great learning tool for my 3 year old. I am trying to prepare her for school and this would definitely help her learn.

21 Jean D. January 26, 2009 at 21:24

I’d love to give this to my sweetie-pie nephew, Max. He’s sandwiched between three sisters, who are all major talkers and doers. They tend to do and say everything for him. I’d like to see him have something belonging to him alone, and something to help him develop better pre-school skills.

I would love to win this for my sister. She is expecting and now needs to have her 8 year old son to be more responsible for things he needs to do.

24 oona b January 26, 2009 at 21:48

I think my daughter (who started kindergarten this year) would really enjoy having a calendar of her to keep track of the world. It would help with establishing a routine, even on the weekends, which tend to be a little crazy!

Thanks! foxsquirrelrabbit at gmail dot com

25 Sonya January 26, 2009 at 22:29

My daughter can never keep track of her schedule, so this would be a great way to help her learn and keep track of her plans!

26 lindsey January 26, 2009 at 23:05

28 Karen of Sillymonkeez January 26, 2009 at 23:21

I would like to win this for my preschooler. He does something similar at preschool and I think he would love to be able to do it at home too, especially since he will be graduating this spring.

29 Noreen January 26, 2009 at 23:56

32 judy brittle January 27, 2009 at 05:49

I would really love this for my 4 year old granddaughter who lives with me. We could both use a calendar for her to remember whats going on
and things she needs to do and I always need a reminder. I think we could really get into a regular pattern with this. Thank you!

37 mommyishome January 27, 2009 at 11:09

This would be great for my 4 year old. I tried to make something similar to this concept, but it was so big and bulky that it just didn’t work – this would be perfect! He loves to talk about the weather every day and would love to be able to put a weather magnet on the days.

38 Donna C. January 27, 2009 at 11:27

I think I should win because I have been working with my preschooler on these concepts and this would be a very beneficial tool to help with that. He goes to actual pre-school in August and I would like to have him as prepared as possible.

Not only could he use it, but it could be easily passed down to his little sis. We would lvoe to win this!
