I must say this is one of the best articles about working from home that I have ever read. If you read the “gurus” they are all touting the so-called Internet lifestyle filled with mansions, fancy cars and world travel.

All that is nice… but the best part is just being able to live without unnecessary stress (isn’t corporate life filled with so much stress? I don’t miss it at all), with time and energy for the most important people in your life, and best of all, not being at the beck and call of a boss. You live life on your own terms – that’s the work at home lifestyle.

Oh this is fabulous! It IS about lifestyle and choices. I’m less concerned with how much money I earn than how much time it takes me to earn it, for instance.

When you mentioned home ownership I had to laugh. Home ownership is not all it’s cracked up to be. Since I’ve been renting, I absolutely love the freedom I have when something breaks and I place a call and a repairman shows up within a day and someone else foots the bill. Teehee!

Most financial experts say that owning a SECOND home is a great investment, but owning the one you live in really isn’t. Besides, I have the freedom to pick up and move anywhere without being shackled to a house. Where’s my Airstream? LOL All I need is a wifi connection to earn a living. I actually have a dream to pack the kids up in a camper and go across this beautiful country of ours.
