Our family is all about road trips and traveling with kids – last year we even drove from Colorado to New York! The key to traveling with kids is keeping them entertained and this giveaway prize is perfect for that.
Disney Family.com is offering an “On the Road With Family.com” kit to one lucky Skimbaco Lifestyle reader! The kit promises to keep children comfortably entertained during car or plane trips this summer and will put an end to the dreaded “Are we there yet?” questions while allowing families to share their favorite family vacation destinations.
The travel kit includes a plush kid size travel pillow, a copy of Dr. Seuss’s There’s a Map in My Lap, a travel game kit, notepad and pen and adorable tote bag (a $30 value).
Also, make sure to visit Disney Family.com Travel to help with all your vacation planning needs as the site provides a unique resource for parents providing a combination of expert reviews, parent recommendations, and age-appropriate points of interest for family-friendly destinations on any budget.

WOW! How perfect! Our family is driving from NYC to Montana, then to Denver and back this summer…the ultimate road trip, with 3 kids, 2 under 5! lol! Call us crazy, I know. But that experience leading to the picturesque scenery of Denver and Montana is my ultimate vacation spot and this kit would be perfect! You can reach via email : )
Hawaii, where I grew up. But this prize would be great for our road trip in the other direction, to New Jersey to see my grandpa…
I love this. Our favorite place to go s the outer banks in NC. We an drive there and it’s always beautiful.
I love this tote! What a great idea. My favorite place is the outer banks in NC. My husband has been traveling their since he was less than a year old. A year or so after we met he took me down to his grandparent’s house for the week. Ever since we’ve gone down at least once a summer. This year was my 11th consecutive!
Our favorite place to visit is SeaWorld in San Antonio, TX.
My family is driving from Iowa to Washington, D.C. this summer. I’ve been there, but not yet with my family.
I love to visit California, because that is where I grew up. I live on the other side of the country now.
We took our first road trip with our 2 toddlers last year to Williamsburg, Virginia. We had so much fun, we are going on another road trip again this year.
We actually have two favorite places:
My boys are just 3 & 4 and taking them to Orlando is a blast! They love EPCOT better than Magic Kingdom, so it’s fun for mom and dad too. (We were there during the Flower Festival and they had playgrounds set up)
We also love Santa Rosa Beach for a more relaxing vaction. It is beautiful there!
What a perfect giveaway, I already entered momgenerations contest. Since we are going to take our first road trip and this would be so helpful so it won’t turn into a road trap!
How perfect for travel!! Our very favorite vacation spot is Disney World!! It has something for all our children! Then our next favorite place is Orang Beach Alabama!! This tote would be perfect for both destinations!! Thanks for the chance to enter!
Thusfar, Manzanita, OR has been our favorite. It’s about a ten hour drive for us, so we can make it most of the way through the night. It’s ocean with old growth forest all around it and the little town is really fun. My aunt and uncle have a vacation house there that they rent out, but have let us borrow on occasion.
South Lake Tahoe!! We leave tomorrow! ;)

We have only ever vacationed by camping at Michigan state parks so far-it’s a lot of fun!
Any beach is my favorite vacation spot.
We like visiting my dad’s house. He lives way out in the country so it is quiet and we can ride horses and his lawnmower!
I always love going to Hampton Beach in NH for vacation. I really am a kid at heart and love the beach ,the shops and all the fun in the arcade
Thanks

So far our families favorite place to go has been to Hershey and Gettysburg, PA. We have a Hotel there we love with an indoor pool. My kids love to swim, so just going to the pool alone is a vacation for them. Then we like to go and explore Gettysburg, Harrisburg (the state capitol), and Hershey.
There is tons of stuff to do. You can ride a riverboat, go to cultural districts, explore where the war was, visit the HUGE Boyds Bear museum and factory, where they love to build a bear, we went once in the fall and we went through corn mazes and stuff like that.
My families favorite place is deffinatly Disneyland. This would be perfect considering it’s a Disney bag and notebook and we have a trip there pland out for August!
Our favorite family vacation destination thus far was San Diego, CA. We loved the weather, the beaches, the culture, and Sea World!! :)
Super giveaway! My 2 youngest would love this!
Any warm, uncrowded beach is our favorite spot! (north QLD Australia, secret beaches in Hawaii where you have to hike to get there, etc!)
Emerald Isle, NC is our favorite family vacation spot. We’re going in August, as usual. We rent a house with my parents and my brother and sister-in-law so we have built in babysitters when we want a date night to ourselves! YAY!

We can’t wait to take our little boy to Disney for the first time but we also really like to travel in the Southwest. Thanks for the giveaway.
We took our first real roadtrip last year to Hershey PA. We had a blast and plan to head to Sesame Place this summer (little man is turning 2 and his cousin 4) so this would be a great gift for the 2 of them :)
thanks for the chance!
Well, we haven’t really taken a family vacation yet, but we’d really like to visit the Pacific Northwest (of the USA, you know). And we will be traveling through several states to a family reunion next year. Thanks for the giveaway!
We live in New England, so we like to go to Cape Cod or Maine for long weekends :) Nothing like a good ol’ New England clambake to take your troubles away! And there’s lots of stuff for kids to do, so my daughter always has fun. Thanks for the giveaway!

Hmmmm… We love to go to Canada each year to visit the in-laws. Not exactly a “vacation” exactly, but we look forward to it! Maybe one year we’ll get to do a separate vacation, too!
When I was 5 months pregnant with our second child, my husband and I took our then almost-2-year-old daughter to the Caribbean and it was wonderful. We had a fantastic villa right on the beach in the Cayman Islands that allowed us to just open the door and step right into the sand or relax with a book and the waves while she napped. Just thinking about it makes me want to go again!
My family loves camping. We have several places we like to go like Ft. Mountain in Chatsworth GA, KOA in Calhoun GA and Lake Weiss in AL.
I would say its a toss up between disney world and the smokey mountains thanks so much for the chance my kids would love this
Well I haven’t been on a family trip in a long time and my son is begging me to take him to Disney World. We used to go to the mountains in New York every year but I really want to save for a nice trip next year!
Our favorite place so far has been DisneyWorld! Thanks for the chance! justicecw@hotmail.com
