Yes, this is my Oscars® outfit for the Kodak sponsored viewing party at the El Capitan tonight – the dress is from BCBG’s runway collection, and already worn on a red carpet by Disney channel star Selena Gomez… but thus is life (and my budget).
I am in my hotel room, my shoes already on, ready to go and start the day at the bleachers of the Oscars® red carpet.
I can’t wait for the action, the cameras, seeing the stars arriving to the 82nd Academy Awards®…

This is so awesome! Have a great time.
I’m sitting here with my daughter who is home on Spring break from college and telling her that not only will we have the opportunity to revisit a tradition in our home of watching the Oscars together (complete with corny speeches about our imaginary win during the commercial breaks) but we’ll be able to see another mom blogger that I know who’ll be there live!! She’s 19 but still thinks the mom blogger aspect is pretty cool.
